In the year 2004, “Maneesh” Pharmaceuticals acquired Sigma Laboratories, a Rs.65 Cr. company with a good marketing presence in India and is now a part of Rs.250 Cr. group. This was titled as Svizera Healthcare. It plays a very important role in strengthening “Maneesh” Pharmaceuticals in the domestic market. Svizera Healthcare  specialises in Gynaecology and Infertility based product mix and is growing with increasing number of high-end products to market in India. Svizera Healthcare further operates with two of its sub-divisions.
